Cinderella (Behind the song)
A song about a modern day princess who walked out the door just like the original Cinderella. This princess opened the door to what goes on in a Royal family. The same betrayals, disappointments and unfaithfulness go on just like all other relatives in humanity. Royalty doesn’t make them better, just the same human beings as these wise words say, “Do not put your trust in princes Nor in a son of man, who cannot bring salvation.” Those with titles do not have the power to provide us with a perfect example or solve mankind’s problems. However this Princess though imperfect appeared to walk with a sincere heart helping others while at the same time finding herself being unjustly victimized by those close to her. But she left this world through an untimely tragic demise. Those that continued to pursue her now find themselves unable to find her do to their possible contribution to her horrific disappearance. ‘She had the courage to be kind in a world that can’t unwind”as the lyrics of the song vocalize. But her tragic loss is not forever for these words confirm her appearance will be here once again, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life”—John 11:25. The Promise of Jesus!
