Missing Pieces (Behind the song)

It is hard to find someone with no missing pieces, for we all having something lacking somewhere. As the song relates that the world is built on missing pieces and it is a hard way to start. Some people raised in a good loving family home have much fewer missing pieces than others coming from a dysfunctional family. All these missing pieces have created a world difficult to live in for many.  Why do we have so much lacking. It started around 6000 years ago when the first parents of the human race chose a course that alienated them and their descendants from their creator.  The stand they took , the choice they made was to go on their own without the creators’ help. They were allowed to do so as the challenge was made that people would only follow the creators standards if they were protected and shielded as if with a protective fence around them (Bribed to do so ) . Such an accusation later voiced regarding the faithful man Job would indicate that the creators way of guidance was inferior to a choice that humans could make on their own with more success. The accusation made to Job was, “Skin for skin. A man will give everything that he has for his life.  But, for a change, stretch out your hand and strike his bone and flesh, and he will surely curse you to your very face.” –Job 2:4,5. Such an accusation  indicated that the creators way of doing things was severely lacking. What has the past 6000 years of human history shown regarding mans rule of things. If you  examine history all have to agree that history is filled with, wars, hatred, exploitation of the innocent, abuses, deception, greed, struggles to obtain power and fame at the expense of others and much more negativity, truly as the song says , missing pieces.  Jeremiah 10:23 states,” I well know, O Jehovah, that man’s way does not belong to him. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step.” Revelation 11:18 says there would be a need , “to bring to ruin those ruining the earth”. That is how bad things have gotten! That was mans start and that challenge would require time so that no shadow of doubt could remain as to mans inability. The creator rested from the work done, a period of time unknown exactly, but likely involved thousand of years after which he would then bring about a ruling administration that would produce something  in the next 1000 years so perfect and wonderful that all the past would be forgotten and ushered  in a world of peace, kindness, unselfishness, and love. The very qualities mentioned in Galatians 5:22,23, “the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,  mildness, self-control “.  Imagine the next thousand years and more with this kind of environment. Then the comparison would be clear, the 6000 years that man with missing pieces has produced, standing up against only 1000 years that would undo all the damage and leave the earth filled by a mankind with no missing pieces  with all the qualities mentioned above in Galatians. With everything fixed, all dead ones brought back to life, all bad actions and memories of them erased , all injustices rectified and a perfect environment that would last forever and all mankind living forever with the vitality of youth. Psalm 37:10,11,29, “10 Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. 11 But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.— 29 The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it. NO MORE MISSING PIECES!
