Tanto Amor (Original)

Description

Tanto Amor (Behind the song)

In English it would be , ‘So much love’ Sometimes when a loved one is observed,  their eyes seem to shine with love and compassion. It’s the look In the eyes of a mother who looks compassionately and sympathetically to her child. That same look is seen when she notices her mate struggling with something and feels compassion in her eyes. That is why the song says, ‘You showed me love without having to touch me’. The second verse touches on the fact, that in this search for love one may finally understand  true love. That’s the kind of love that is inferred, as mentioned at 1 Corinthians 13:4. “Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous. It does not brag, does not get puffed up”. It is this unselfish attitude found in the eyes of a loved one that is really moving. May everyone find such love to be their cherished possession.

LYRICS

TANTO AMOR

You taught me To Love

ME ENSENLLASTE EL AMOR

Without Having to Touch me

SIN TENER QUE TOCARME

i Learned there is something more

APRENDI QUE HAY ALGO MAS

When you looked at me

CUANDO ME MIRASTE

With your eyes so beautiful

CON TUS OJOS TAN BELLAS

You found mne

ME ENCONTRASTE

(CHORUS)

With love

CON AMOR

That I never knew

QUE NO CONOCI

it could be

QUE PUDO ESTAR

in the eyes of someone

EN LOS OJOS DE UNO

Truthfully I never knew so much love

LA VERDAD QUE NO CONOCI TANTO AMOR

Truthfully I never knew so much love

LA VERDAD QUE NO CONOCI TANTO AMOR

(INSTRUMENTAL)
Life is so strange
LA VIDA ES TAN EXTRANA

With the things that happen

CON LAS COSAS QUE PASAN

One can take so many turns

UNO PUEDE DAR TANTAS VUELTAS

In this endless search

EN LA BUSQUEDA
When one finally discovers
CUANDO AL FIN UNO COMPRENDE
Real love
LA VERDADERA AMOR
So much love
TANTO AMOR — (CHORO)
(INSTRUMENTAL-REPETIR PRIMER VERSO Y CHORO)
