If Need Be {Behind the song)
What does the future hold? What happens when we die, do we go to another place still conscience? Or is it as an atheist might contest , that is the end there is nothing else. The song focuses on maintaining a firm belief in spite of the the many concepts of an afterlife that sometimes cross the borders of what seems to be rational. Vaque promises of an unseen world somewhere in outer space called Heaven or Threats of life eternally in a horrendous fire of constant pain. What really is the truth? From a multitude of promises to a non-existence forever, wouldn’t it be logical to examine the multitude of promises to see which one holds water and can conform to common sense and comes from a reliable source. It must be a source that has proved itself to be accurate regarding advice , accurate regarding future events, accurate historically .accurate and having internal harmony. Even accurate scientifically although not being a scientific book. Where do we find such a book without fabrication, fables and fantasies and conforms to common sense. The Bible is such a book and if one has not studied it and only believes what one has been told and has not endeavored to find the real meaning of its words then such a person is not it a position to be an honest critic. To be a proper critic of the Bible one has to not accept all the different personal and religious interpretations and come to logical and accurate conclusions. So before you dismiss the Bible , study it first to get accurate knowledge and then be a critic. You can ask for a logical consideration and analysis of the Bijble by requesting it here or email me at bidanoso2@gmail.com . So that will be for another time when you make contact. But for now what does the Bible say about what happens when a person dies. Look at these reasonable comments. Ecclesiastes 9:5,6 , “For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing at all, nor do they have any more reward, because all memory of them is forgotten.6 Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished, and they no longer have any share in what is done under the sun. states, “ Is that not what really happens! The Bible does not make mysterious and unrealistic claims of fantasy like bliss everafter. Does that means there is no chance to live again? Just as scientists keep trying to find what causes death and searching for ways to extend life, is there someone with more power that has the answers? The Creator of all life can remember all details of a person who has died and with greater ability than a video or audio recording, actually remembering the very dna of a person. He can return to life a person because he has all the tools to do so, something any scientific biologist would be elated to have such an ability. John 5:28,29 confirms this ability, “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.” The resurrection of Judgement is based on being judged by what a person does AFTER they are given life again. Why? Because Romans 6:7 says ,” For the one who has died has been acquitted from his sin.” If someone has been acquitted he cannot be charged for the transgressions! So that means every person that never had a chance to know the truth about God even though practicing wrong conduct ignorantly will be given a second chance because he didn’t ask to be born in an imperfect world where he found it very difficult to do things perfectly. Isn’t that a logically kind way of dealing with people. Lovingly giving all a chance who have been misguided in the confusing world in which we live. People who have been extremely wicked will find their ultimate fate is up to God to decide their out come because he can read the heart. And what will that fate be for those wicked as well as those brought back for a second chance who refuse to change? “ But by the same word the heavens and the earth that now exist are reserved for fire and are being kept until the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly people”—2 Peter 3:7 . Fire in the Bible as stated here simply refers to everlasting destruction as fire literally destroys not burns forever! Those persons will not enjoy any kind of life, they will NOT be tortured in a fire but be non-existent forever never again to affect negatively those living. Are not those fair and reasonable conclusions and reasonable ways of dealing with these situations? Those are the thoughts behind the song and belief that one will wait for the above hope, IF NEED BE!
