How can a song (Behind the song)
Music they say reaches everyone without barriers. Songs have become an integral part of our lives and bring back memories of different points in time. But how can a song make one as the song says , ‘so happy and so sad at the same time.’ Usually in all relationships the pair has the song that brought them together, or their first dance , kiss or other memorable things they shared. But when that relationship dissolves the song may become a sad song for one. One may feel as Job in Job7:16 , “I loathe my life; I do not want to go on living. Leave me alone, for my days are like a breath”. But it is not good for one to stay in this sadness indefinitely, at some point reality has to be embraced and the song can just become another song maybe not as pleasant to hear. It is important to not let it make you bitter because more harm will be done to you in that state than anyone else. That is why Ephesians 4:31 pleads , ” Put away from yourselves every kind of malicious bitterness, anger, wrath, screaming, and abusive speech, as well as everything injurious.” ‘How can a song’ is a question that many face but is good to adjust to the new condition, the sooner the better.
