Locked away is the answer

LOCKED AWAY IS THE ANSWER (Behind the song)

Mankind is responsible for so many horrible abuses. But how can that be when humans are generally compassionate, loving, unselfish etc  How can the abuses take place in the midst of such positive tendencies ?  As the song acknowledges ,” justice torn in two, INNOCENCE BROKEN THROUGH, the thirst for blood and the exploitation of others without regard for the consequences in their life. A curious contradiction of emotions and intentions. When will it  end, how did it begin? Is the answer really locked away ages ago. While there are many contentions about where these contradictions come from, one interesting one ties it all together in a logical fashion. Rather than being  supposed to have an evolved trait from some aggressive animal tendencies the focus is on a genetic flaw and an intended manipulation of the mind and heart  of humankind. We see today the two still at work!  It is recognized that we are imperfect, we deteriorate, get sick and age and die. Even science puzzles as to why when they study the bodies marvelous abilities to regenerate and cure itself, the brains infinite capabilities and capacity that would require many lifetimes. So there is a genetic flaw. Manipulation today is clearly seen by the environment we live in. There is an effort to influence others from every corner of the world, politics, religion, commercialism, and people in general. Since these still exist and still shape us then how is the answer as to their solution Locked away ages ago? We have to go back to their start to see if an answer was prepared at their onset. Interestingly the book of Genisis says the perfect first couple were influenced and manipulated by someone desiring control and domination. At this time there was no genetic flaw, but this first couple had to make a decision to accept their creators judgement of what would be right or wrong (good and bad) or decide for themselves by eating the fruit of a tree called “the tree of the knowledge of good and bad” Their doing so would indicate that they wanted to make such decisions for themselves on their own rejecting their creators view of right and wrong ( a choice that has dominated to this day in 2025). Manipulation had brought them to that state , just as manipulation today brings individuals to a state we refer to as being radicalized. Some people like to throw around the word , ‘conditioned’ and really we are from the cradle to the grave. Such a decision back then  would change their genetic perfection since they now chose to be on their own and they were told death would enter the picture along with all the degeneration that comes with the shortened lifespan , sickness, ageing to death. It was a package deal, perfection ,living forever without sickness, ageing and death came with following the creators judgement of right and wrong. So we have the start of manipulation and the genetic flaw, so how would it be fixed and how long would it continue? Genisis 3:15 has the answer ages ago. “And I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your offspring and her offspring. He will crush your head, and you will strike him in the heel.”  What do we learn from this intriguing statement?  The one who manipulated , and the ones manipulated would both produce descendants, offspring, and the end result for one would be a fatal head wound and the other would be a minor heal wound. To produce such events would require the passing of time as these things began to develop. If we look at history all the way to the present time we see manipulation throughout and the exploitation and domination of others. This is the manipulation that has inclined mankind to this contradiction of tendencies, love and hate, war and peace , compassion and hardheartedness  and all the other plagues of inconsistencies. And behind all manipulation is the unseen force mentioned at 1 John 5:19, “… the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one”. Death , disease and ageing has taken its toll confirming the genetic flaw.  So was this the end of the discussion or was there a gradual preparation for the descendant that would be bruised in the heal as the manipulative descendants increased in intensity against humanity in a genetically flawed state. No it was not the end of the matter, throughout the years clues were given about the arrangement to restore mankind to the original condition that was lost by a wrong choice. Notice how these words indicate a developing solution for all mankind. “Abraham is surely going to become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed by means of him.” Genisis 18:18. “And by means of your offspring all nations of the earth will obtain a blessing for themselves because you have listened to my voice. “Genisis 22:18.  As time marched on more clues came out that narrowed down exactly who this descendent would come through, become, and what he would accomplish. According to the above words the entire human race would benefit, not just Jews!  As offspring  continued to be produced the coming one would come through the following families: through Isaac ,” by means of your offspring, all nations of the earth will obtain a blessing for themselves”. Genisis26:4,   Through Jacob, “by means of you and by means of your offspring all the families of the ground will certainly be blessed.” Genisis 28:14. So this seed or descendant would benefit the whole world but how? The revealing details would continue!  Next the offspring would come through Judah and more details were revealed about his role: Genesis 49:10 states, “The scepter will not depart from Judah, neither the commander’s staff from between his feet, until Shiʹloh comes, and to him the obedience of the peoples will belong.” The highlighted portions of the text clearly indicate the coming one would be a ruler and would have subjects. The word Shiloh means. “He to whom it belongs”. So now we have an individual who will have a position of power to bring blessings to all mankind, who in turn will somehow owe obedience to him in order to benefit from these blessing. What would be the next clue revealing more details about this person? Since the one coming was to be a ruler then we have to look at clues that would be associated with rulership. That brings us to some puzzling words that were said to King David and later said to his son Solomon. 1 Samuel 7:16 says regarding David, “Your house and your kingdom will be secure forever before you; your throne will be firmly established forever.”  How could a man living only a handful of years have a kingdom FOREVER. As Solomon was told the same thing, this would have to involve a future descendant in the line of rulers that would have the capacity to carry out such a length of time. Another  detail about the one to come, he would not be a normal human being with a short life span.  So now there would be tracked all those kings starting with David from the tribe of Judah and all the kings afterward in the same line to determine who this final King with such longevity and ability to turn things around and bless all mankind with a blessing. What kind of blessing would it be?  Would it replace what was lost and how could it do so. Would it correct the genetic flaw and eliminate the dogged, persistent and evil manipulation of mankind? The prophecy at Daniel 9:25 refers to the appearance of this Leader saying, “You should know and understand that from the issuing of the word to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem until Mes·siʹah the Leader, there will be 7 weeks, also 62 weeks. She will be restored and rebuilt, with a public square and moat, but in times of distress.” It was understood by Jewish sources that these 69 weeks were weeks of years. In other words these weeks were 483 days which would be 483 years when the Leader would appear. Where would that take us in the stream of time? The rebuilding began 455 B.C. and those years take us to 29 C.E. the very year in which Jesus presented himself to be baptized in order to undertake his work of blessing all mankind. Additional to the exact time of appearance is the exact genealogy of each offspring coming from the line of Judah to the promised Leader  mentioned in Matthew chapter 1 and Luke chapter 3 ( Matthew chapter 1 is the genealogy of Joseph and Luke chapter 3 the genealogy through Mary arriving to Jesus) After the destruction of the Kingdom of Judah the genealogy continued with various offspring of the tribe of Judah to the Leader who turned out to be Christ Jesus ! What would be the blessings that would be bestowed upon all mankind. It began with the healing of all types of ailments, the resurrection of the dead , the controlling of weather patterns , the miraculous of feeding of thousands of persons, the showing of compassion to those oppressed and finally the one thing that would extend these actions and blessings to all mankind during all seasons and future and past time periods. And what would that be? According to Luke 8:1 a new tool would  be now used to bring these blessings to all mankind, “Shortly afterward he traveled from city to city and from village to village, preaching and declaring the good news of the Kingdom of God.” So this Leader IS the King of the forever kingdom promised to David. He was wounded in the heal but was brought back to life on the 3rd day therefore taking Adams place to be the father of mankind so they would no longer be under the curse of death caused by Adam, As Romans 5:12 states, “That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because they had all sinned” verse 19, “For just as through the disobedience of the one man many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one person many will be made righteous”.  So what is the good news. It is the effect that this wounding in the heal, returning to life and this kingdom will have on all mankind from all times, past , present and future. All those blessings performed in the first century by Jesus to begin with but much more!  Revelation 21:3,4 reveals, “With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.  4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Also John 3:16 states “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, so that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. “  So then bringing it all together , the good news is, the blessing to all mankind is,  the chance to live forever in perfection, no age deterioration , no sickness, no death, all manipulators and manipulation terminated as if fataliy wounded in the head as Psalm 37:10,11 says, “Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. 11 But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.”   Is there any greater value than to have such a blessing to live in peace without badness and with such a high  quality of life forever! That is REALLY GOOD NEWS. Good news that was locked away thousands of years ago that provided the answer as why the world is in the current condition, but even better  the beautiful blessing to all persons that erase what was tragically started thousands of years ago and locked away, but now gives all mankind a life forever without defects, ageing and death free from evil manipulation. For a moment , imagine that kind of life ,is that not GOOD NEWS! Could there be a better more valuable gift!
