Because you now began to see beautiful qualities and they seem to be reflected  in those features as well. 1 Peter 3:3,4 confirms this idea saying , “Do not let your adornment be external—the braiding of hair and the wearing of gold ornaments or fine clothing—  but let it be the secret person of the heart in the incorruptible adornment of the quiet and mild spirit, which is of great value in the eyes of God.”  Yes you begin to see kthem inside.  So the song addresses all those qualities that seem to be reflected in the face of the one loved.
