THE BITTER GIRL ( BEHIND THE SONG)

THE BITTER GIRL CAN JUST AS WELL BE THE BITTER BOY, BECAUSE REGARDLESS BOTH GENDERS HAVE THE CAPACITY TO BE HARSH JUDGES AND COUNSLERS. YOU KNOW THE KIND, THE NEED TO SET EVERYONE STRAIGHT AND GIVE DIRECTION WITHOUT EVER INVESTIGATING WHETHER THE DIRECTION IS REALLY NEEDED. THESE WISE WORDS APPLY, ““Stop judging that you may not be judged; for with the judgment you are judging, you will be judged, and with the measure that you are measuring out, they will measure out to you.  Why, then, do you look at the straw in your brother’s eye but do not notice the rafter in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Allow me to remove the straw from your eye,’ when look! a rafter is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the rafter from your own eye, and then you will see clearly how to remove the straw from your brother’s eye.” MATTHEW 7:1-5. AS THE SONG SAYS , “IF YOU CAN’T SEE WHERE I’VE BEEN , PLEASE DON’T TRY TO SHOW ME THE WAY”. MAY WE RESPECT THE VIEWS AND CHOICES OF OTHERS WITHOUT BEING A JUDGE AND IF WE NEED TO SHOW THE WAY MAY WE BE KIND AND NOT IGNORANT OF THE ROAD AND EXPERIENCE OF THE ONE BEING SHOWN. WE HAVE THE FREEDOM TO DISAGREE BUT NOT THE FREEDOM TO DISRESPECT A VIEW OR LIFESTYLE.
